The access to the website is free of charge except the cost of the\u00a0connection through the telecommunication network provided by the access provider\u00a0contracted by the users.\u00a0Certain services are exclusive for our clients and their access is restricted,\u00a0although particular conditions could be established, regulations and instructions that, where necessary, substitute, complete\u00a0and\/or modify the present Legal Notice and that\u00a0must be accepted by the User\u00a0before starting the provision of the related service.<\/p>\n

The services that Repagas provides will have the price that, in each case, is stated at each one of\u00a0the Commercial offers that this\u00a0entity will put at disposal of its clients and\/or potential clients.\u00a0The use of these services offered to the Users through the Website is submitted to own particular conditions (from now on,\u00a0the \u201cParticular conditions<\/strong>\u201d) that, depending on the case, substitute, complete and\/or modify the present Legal Notice.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0prior to the use of these services, the User also has to read carefully the corresponding\u00a0Particular conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The brands,\u00a0commercial names or distinctive signs are held by Repagas or third parties,\u00a0not being understood that the access to the Website assigns any kind of right over these brands, commercial names and\/or distinctive signs.<\/p>\n

3. Conditions of use of the Website<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 General<\/strong><\/p>\n

The User is obliged to make proper use of the Website in accordance with the Law and the present Legal Notice.\u00a0The User will be liable to Repagas or to third parties, for any damages or injury that may derive\u00a0as a\u00a0result of a breach of that obligation.<\/p>\n

Its strictly forbidden the use of the Website\u00a0for\u00a0purposes injurious to property or interests\u00a0of\u00a0the company\u00a0or third parties or in any other way that overlads,\u00a0damages or disables the networks,\u00a0servers and other computer equipment (hardware)\u00a0or products and applications\u00a0(software) of Repagas or third parties.<\/p>\n

3.2 Contents<\/strong><\/p>\n

Users undertake to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and the present Legal Notice, as\u00a0well as with the other\u00a0Terms,regulations and policies that in their case could be of application in accordance\u00a0with the arranged thing in clause 1\u00a0 \u2013particular conditions-.<\/p>\n

With a mere enunciating character, the User agreeing to the valid legislation has tu refrain from:<\/p>\n

Reproduce or copy, distribute,\u00a0allow public access, communicate publicly, transform or modify the content except in those cases authorized by Law or expressly allowed by Repagas or by the owner of the rights of use, as the case may be.<\/p>\n

Reproducing or copying for\u00a0private use\u00a0the Contents that could be considered as\u00a0Software or Database\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0the current legislation on the subject of intellectual property,\u00a0including its public communication or to make available to third\u00a0parties when these actions necessarily imply the reproduction by the User or third party.<\/p>\n

Extract and\/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Content of the Website as well as any databases the Company makes available to the Users.<\/p>\n

3.3 Introduction to the links to the Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Internet users who want to\u00a0enter links from their own Webages to the Website\u00a0will be compelled to observe the conditions given below, an ignorance of which does not constitute a release from the liabilities deriving from Law:<\/p>\n

The link may only connect to the Home page of the website without reproducing it in any manner (inline links, copy of the texts, graphics, etc).<\/p>\n

In accordance with the applicable legislation in force at every moment,\u00a0it is under any event forbidden to establish frames of any type that may envelope the Website or permit the screening of its\u00a0Contents via other\u00a0Internet\u00a0addresses than those of the Website and, in any case,\u00a0where contents not pertaining to the Website may be jointly viewed so that: (I) actually or potentially result in error, confusion\u00a0or deceit among users\u00a0regarding the true origin of the service or Contents; (II) constitute an act of unfair\u00a0comparison or imitation; (III) exploit the reputation and the prestige of Repagas; or (IV) in any form is prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n

The webpage inserting the link shall not contain any kind of false,\u00a0inexact or incorrect statement\u00a0about Repagas, its shareholders, employees, clients or The quality of the services rendered.<\/p>\n

In no event, will the page bearing the link state that Repagas has given its consent to the use of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates, verifies or checks the services of the Sender.<\/p>\n

The use of any denominative, graphic or\u00a0mixed brand or of another characteristic sign of\u00a0Repagas within the senders webpage is forbidden except for those cases permitted or expressly\u00a0authorised by\u00a0Repagas as long as in such cases a direct link to the Website is permitted in the manner established in this section.<\/p>\n

The page with the link must faithfully observe the law and may under no condition contain or link to elements wether belonging to this page or those of third\u00a0that: (I) are illicit, harmful or contrary to morality\u00a0or good conduct\u00a0(pornography, violence, racism, etc.); (II)\u00a0actually or potentially create the false impression\u00a0that Repagas subscribes, endorses, adheres to or otherwise supports the ideas, statements or expressions, allowed or illicit, made by the Sender; (III) are unsuitable or nonpertinent\u00a0with Repagas activity by virtue of the location,\u00a0contents or theme of the page Web of the sender.<\/p>\n

4. Disclaimer of responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1 Of the service quality<\/strong><\/p>\n

Access to the Portal does not imply\u00a0a duty on the part of\u00a0Repagas to ensure the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful IT element. The User, in any case, have the right tools for the detection\u00a0and disinfection\u00a0of harmful computer programs.<\/p>\n

Repagas\u00a0is not responsible for any damage\u00a0to computer equipment by the\u00a0Users or third parties during the provision of the Website services.<\/p>\n

4.2 Of the availability of the service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Access to the Portal\u00a0requires the services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks, whose reliability,\u00a0quality, continuity and\u00a0operation do\u00a0not correspond\u00a0to Repagas. For these reasons,\u00a0the services provided\u00a0through the\u00a0del Web\u00a0can be\u00a0suspended,\u00a0be cancelled\u00a0or to be inaccessible,\u00a0with previous or simultaneous character to the benefit\u00a0of the service of the Website.<\/p>\n

Repagas does not take responsibility of the damages or produced damages of any type\u00a0in the User that bring cause\u00a0of failures or disconnections in the networks,\u00a0that produce\u00a0the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the\u00a0Portal during or prior to the provision thereof.<\/p>\n

4.3 Of the contents\u00a0and services\u00a0linked through the Web Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acces to the Portal includes technical devices of linkage, directories\u00a0and hardware of search\u00a0that allow to the Users to gain access\u00a0to pages\u00a0and Websites (from now on, Linked Sites). In\u00a0these cases, Repagas acts as a provider of mediation services\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0Article 17\u00a0of Law\u00a034\/2002, of July 12, Services for the Information\u00a0Society and Electronic commerce (LSSI)\u00a0and shall only be responsible for the contents and services supplied\u00a0on the Linked Sites\u00a0to the extent that they have actual knowledge of any illegality\u00a0\u00a0without deactivating the link\u00a0with all due diligence. In the case that the User considers there is a link to a Website\u00a0with illegal or unsuitable contents, this can be notified to Repagas\u00a0in accordance with the procedure and with the effects established\u00a0in clause 5, but under no circumstances will this notification imply that the relevant link will be deleted.<\/p>\n

In no case, the\u00a0existence\u00a0of Connected Sites\u00a0must estimate the existence in agreements\u00a0with the people in charge or holders of such, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification\u00a0of Repagas with the statements, contents or provided services.<\/p>\n

Repagas doesn know the contents\u00a0and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not liable for damage caused by the unlawfulness, quality, unvailability, error\u00a0or uselessness\u00a0of the content and\/or services on Linked Sites or any other damage that is not directly attributable to Repagas.<\/p>\n

5. Communication of activities of an illegal and inappropiate character<\/strong><\/p>\n
